The ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) Cybersecurity and Information Centre of Excellence (ACICE) was officially opened by Minister for Defence, Dr Ng Eng Hen, at the Changi C2 Centre, RSS Singapura - Changi Naval Base, on 18 July 2023.
