1st Experts Panel Meeting

The 1st Experts Panel Meeting was held on 17 July 2023. The meeting was chaired by BG Ng Pak Shun, Group Chief Policy and Strategy, Ministry of Defence, Republic of Singapore, on behalf of Mr Melvyn Ong, Permanent Secretary (Defence Development), Republic of Singapore. The meeting featured a wide range of international experts from the private sector, think tanks and international organisations.
